1. Completed Application Form 

2. School reports: Please provide the original copy as well as an officially translated copy of your latest two years of academic school reports.

3. Letters of recommendation: Please prepare two letters of recommendation. The first is an academic letter that must be written by your school teacher to highlight your academic capabilities. The second letter is non-academic to speak about your character and personality outside of school. The non-academic letter could be written by your school principal, athletic coach, work supervisor, community leader, etc.

Recommendation letters may not be written by friends and family members.
